  • Subscribers are billed weekly on the day they signed up and we deliver our flowers every Friday. So, you might be billed on a Monday or even a Sunday depending on when you signed up, whilst your flowers will be delivered on the Friday of that week. Your flowers are cut on your behalf at our local farms each Thursday night to Friday morning and are delivered on Fridays just hours after being cut. This way, Vivaldi Flora bills you on a weekly cycle and not in advance. You may cancel at anytime given 48 hours notice before a scheduled delivery.   • Our 3 and 6-month subscriptions attract a 10% discount when paid in advance, our 12-month subscription attracts a 20% discount.

  • You may cancel or suspend at anytime given 48 hours notice before a scheduled delivery. Simply login to your account and cancel or email us hello@vivaldiflora.com with your details. Vivaldi Flora will suspend your deliveries for the nominated time only and once the designated number of deliveries to suspend have passed, will commence deliveries and billings once more. Alternatively, you can transfer your subscription or even pause it, or transfer the value to a gift card.

  • Vivaldi Flora has an extensive online catalogue showcasing our varieties available during the seasonal arc of the year so you know what flowers you can expect to receive. As with all our subscriptions, we deliver only the season’s best. This may change week to week while some weeks may be similar flowers as they bloom through the season. Our mission is to send the most superior seasonal favourites to your doorstep each delivery and we hope you delight in these classic and exotic indulgences that our growers have spent the entire year cultivating.

  • Your Subscription will automatically renew at the frequency referenced on your subscription page unless you notify us otherwise. You will be charged applicable subscription fees until you cancel or we terminate it.

  • Vivaldi Flora subscriptions are billed at the advertised price when ordered. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for any subscription in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Vivaldi Flora will provide 30 days notice of any changes to your subscription service.  Except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement, any price changes to Subscriptions will take effect on the next renewal date.

  • If you purchase a subscription for Weekly Flowers by Vivaldi Flora (“Vivaldi Flora, we, our” or “us”), for repeated deliveries or other ongoing services (a “Subscription”), then you hereby authorize Vivaldi Flora and its service providers to bill your credit card or other payment method for the amounts and at the intervals described on our Service (or at approximately those intervals, to accommodate for holidays and other irregularities) until the end of the defined Subscription period or indefinitely if you decide to purchase an open-ended Subscription.

  • We accept all major credit cards- American Express, Mastercard & Visa, debit cards and Paypal. Your personal credit card information is held securely by our trusted online payment gateway, Stripe.  Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your information is safe and secure.

    If you create an account, your card will be stored securely by Stripe so that you can check out on future visits without re-entering your card details. We do not store or have access to your credit or debit card details.

    In cases where your credit card is cancelled, is over the limit, or is otherwise declined for any reason, we will not continue to deliver bouquets or renew your Service Subscription, though we may, but are not obligated to, contact you to notify you of the issues.

  • All delivery fees are included for our local subscribers located within local Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains, Penrith. Sydney deliveries incur a flat-rate of $20.00. Pickup from our HQ in Bilpin is free. Please email hello@vivaldiflora.com to confirm your account will be set to pickup.

    Non-Delivery may occur as delivery drivers do change unforeseen circumstances can prevent deliveries. In this scenario we will offer you either a complimentary replacement bunch at our next available delivery cycle or a full refund of your order within 3 business days- whilst bank processing time may further to this.

  • Vivaldi Flora cuts your flowers in mostly bud form so that your flowers are longer-lasting. If you are unhappy with the condition that your flowers have arrived in, please email customer care with your order or account number at hello@vivaldiflora.com. We respect your consumer rights toward damaged, unsatisfactory or incorrect produce. Therefore, please email us photo evidence as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery so that we can accurately assess the request. If we determine the flowers unsatisfactory or damaged in transit then we will offer you the choice of either a complimentary replacement bunch delivered within our next available delivery cycle or full refund. If we issue a refund, this will be processed within 3 business days, not including bank processing time.
