CHARITABLE REQUEST APPLICATION

Vivaldi Flora is committed to its affiliate The Fiona Germaine Foundation managed by Germaine Family Office (GFO). Should you seek ad-hoc community or charity support you may fill out the below form. All fields must be accurately filled out in order to be considered. Given the foundation’s commitments, applying does not guarantee resourcing the request.

We Support

  • Organisations endorsed by the ATO with a DGR status.

  • Projects or events that take place within the communities in which we operate.

  • Charitable organisations that provide direct communication service.

  • Programs with measurable outcomes.

Please Note

  • Applications should be made 30 days before necessary.

  • In most cases, donations are not made repeatedly to the same charities, organisation or individuals.

  • Whilst we receive many requests and endeavour to assist these, the specific circumstances and relationships to Vivaldi Flora, Germaine Family Office and The Fiona Germaine Foundation will determine the success of the request.

  • Please include correct Letter if Authority and/or Company letterhead where applicable to organisations/companies.

  • You will receive a written notification if successful.

  • GFO will not accept application for the following causes:

    • Political parties or associations.

    • Organisations that discriminate by race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, nation of origin, disability or veteran status.

    • Advertising and promotion

    • Individual pursuits

    • For-Profit projects or activities

    • Any entity engaged in any controversial activities likely to expose Vivaldi Flora, The Fiona Germaine Foundation or Germaine Family Office to criticism.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Projects, Programs, Events & Organisations that align with any of the Vivaldi Flora, Germaine Family Office and The Fiona Germaine Foundation values of community and have a measurable impact on the quality of life of Australian Communities.

  • The charitable request contributes to the improved wellbeing, quality of life and health of its end-user.

  • The charitable request directly contributes to a better future and/or helps builds purposeful lives by providing direction, support, ambition, opportunity and positive frameworks for living.

  • The charitable request appeals to a grassroots level of community.

  • The aforementioned activities/organisations provide a direct-impact to the end user.

  • Priority is given to aforementioned activities/organisations with a relationship to our entities.
