Subscription Flowers

We service the Sydney & Greater Sydney LGAs currently with a hand-delivery service in our signature recyclable eco-packaging. All NSW regional and interstate orders are serviced via courier. Your flowers are hand-picked and delivered in Sydney and NSW within 24 hours and interstate orders are sent via overnight courier into your hands 48 hours. This makes Vivaldi Flora fresher and longer-lasting than traditional florist flowers which have been picked, travelled for several days, sent to a wholesale market for 3-4 days and finally sit in a florist shop until sold. All subscription courier flowers are packed in our recyclable eco-packaging and stems are wrapped with compostable water pads.

Wreaths-Shipping

We can safely ship your wreath in a boxed package via Aus Post. We offer both standard and expressed shipping. Express shipping is approx. 1-2 days metro & 3-4 days regional. Standard shipments may take 7 days or longer.

Our pickup location is in the heat of Bilpin in the Blue Mountains, please email Fiona on hello@vivaldiflora.com to organise your pickup.

We make all our wreaths to order so please allow several days for dispatch. If you would like your order more urgently please contact us directly on email: hello@vivaldiflora.com

Wreaths- Returns

All wreaths are Made-to-Order therefore we cannot offer refund simply for a change of mind. We can offer a credit for exchange. If the wreath is deemed faulty we can replace or refu7nd the wreath. Please note: Shipping will be at customer’s cost.

In the unlikely case there is a fault with a wreath:

  • Please email hello@vivaldiflora.com with the subject line “Return request”

  • Include your order number with details & photos

  • We will assess your return and provide refund or exchange
